The next meeting about a Koha project foundation will be held on the #koha IRC channel (IRC server irc.katipo.co.nz) on Tuesday 15 September 2009 at 19:00 UTC+0 [1].
Does anyone have any recommended reading to suggest before the meeting? For example, explanation of existing foundations, good information about getting a foundation started, etc? I'm flying blind as far as knowing how to proceed.
