I'd say you have a date in your DB that is not correctly formatted. If you have access to the server and some developper skills you could try to add a debug warning at Koha/DateUtils.pm l.219 (before the exception is thrown (warn $dt) The problematic string will be displayed and then you will have to search for it in the DB (with a dump for instance).
