[Koha] Cannot delete a news entry

Hello, I recently upgraded to 21.11.05 and I realize that the way to deal with News and HTML customization at Tools have changed. I found that News older entries cannot be deleted through the user interface.

From opac_main.pl, I found that the News entries are retrieved with the following code:
