Our KOHA Version : 16.05.04.000 Ubuntu Version : 14.04 Below link suggests that Ubuntu 14.04 is no longer supported KOHA. https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Koha_on_ubuntu_-_packages We have upgraded Ubuntu and CGI version.
