[Koha] Patron account created notification mail could not be send

Hi All, I have some problem in keeping patrons username and password informed for OPAC screen. When i create a new patron i expect koha to send email containing username and password to patron account email address but it is not doing so. i have koha autoemailopacuser set to ON. i even ran process_message_queue.pl cron job (queue table always remains empty) and created notice of type members for this purpose but nothing seems to work as expected. i am using ubuntu 9.10 with sendmail and mailutils. echo mailbody | mail -s subject mailaddress - sends mail to inbox i suspect i am missing some configuration in koha level.Any help to fix this will be appriciated. with regards vishnuvarthan perumal <vishnu@e-ndicus.com>
