[Koha] KOHA session ends after adding 10 book records

Dear Community, Our book records contain Arabic language, after adding 10 records in Arabic writing, I get disconnected and get error message page not found. I have to either delete the cookies or end the session and login again. I don't face such problem while adding English book records. your support highly appreciated.
