After upgrading our Koha installation from 3.6 to 3.8, an error occurred (as shown below) upon logging in. Any idea how to fix this?
Software error: Cannot determine local time zone
It depends what you are installing it on. That's a system configuration problem, not a Koha one, really. See "man DateTime::TimeZone::Local::Unix" for possible fixes.
