Actually, thinking about it more, this might be better controlled by a granular permission. That way it could be limited to only specified staff. We'll do something before it goes out to community. If the staff person is familiar with the SQL, he/she can also do a direct query in the bottom box.
That seems like a wildly inappropriate interface to offer to the general staff.
