[Koha] RESTORING DATABASE TO NEW INSTALLATION OF KOHA

I have just installed the Ubuntu Xenia 16.04 with the latest updates and installed Koha 17.11.03, to my system. I did the install of Koha using apt-get install koha-common. did a transfer of my database with mysql -uroot -p < path/koha.sql. My database with all data is installed in my koha_jackslibrary. I am unable to see my library at localhost:80, it displays under maintenance, and 8080 is asking for a username and password. None of the logins work to gain access to the system. My browser is Chromium. I just don't care for Firefox. I am at a lost for the next step. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks,Jack
