Hi there, I think what you actually want to do is to click on the +- combo beside the ADDED ENTRY--PERSONAL NAME title. This opens a box in which you can type the number of repetitions you want for that field. When you hit enter the record will reload and you should see the number of duplicate 700 fields you asked. Note that if you don't have anything in the first 700 field it will only create as many duplicates as you asked for rather than adding what you asked for, Hope this helps, Oliver D. We have installed Koha version 2.2.9 on Windows XP. When adding bib records we can't activate the + sign beside the 700 (added author) tags we can only activate the + sign beside the subfields within the 700 tags. Has anybody else experienced this problem?

Are you having this problem while using Internet Explorer? If you are, try to use Firefox instead. I hope this helps you.
