I can do that, but how much time should we give the bids to all appear and settle down? I think I've seen some on-list which haven't yet appeared on the wiki (including the UK bid).
I listed the UK bid on the page, it's even got 2 people's support so far, but you are right it does need it's own proposal page made. http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/KohaCon2011_Proposals Chris
