[Koha] (no subject)

Hi, When I choose Home › Tools › Patron Card Creator › Manage Card Batches When I try to create a new batch the following error shows WARNING: The database returned an error while saving batch 0. Please have your system administrator check the error log for details. I need to know the location of the error file and how to solve. Can anyone give me any idea.
