I'm confused - DBCC is part of SQL Server, not MySQL. While there are undoubtedly best practices somebody could write up or point to for monitoring the health of the MySQL DB used by a Koha installation, that seems to me to be part of general MySQL administration, not something that Koha itself needs cronjobs for.
