We've noticed that the email overdue notices that go out only seem to list the 1st item that is overdue, and not all overdue items. For example, if I checked out 2 books on the same date/time, I only get an overdue notice for one of the two items. Anyone have any ideas? I would think that both items should be in the same email or at least two different emails should be generated.
Hey Steve What version of Koha ? I'm pretty sure I saw a bug report for this and a fix for it in the recentish past. Ill go hunting Chris
