Yes all Amazon related prefs are on. It was an update. Our language is English.
Looking at Koha template pages, it appears there may be a bug in version 3.00.02... Detail page uses new OPACAmazonEnabled AND OPACAmazonCoverImages syspref, but result page uses deprecated syspref OPACAmazonContent.
