I have try downloads Koha ver2.2.5 recently. I managed to extract the files using power Archive (http://www.gzip.org/) in windows. Since no database structucture changes in this release, I just copied and rename extracted folder koha-2.2.5 to C:\usr\koha225. Leaving out version 2.2.4 in C:\usr\koha224. Then I change my koha.conf (in C:\etc\) as follows: database=<database_name> hostname=localhost user=koha pass=koha intranetdir=c:\usr\koha225\intranet-cgi opacdir=c:\usr\koha225\opac-cgi kohaversion=2.2.5 opachtdocs=c:\usr\koha225\opac-html\opac-tmpl intrahtdocs=c:\usr\koha225\intranet-html\intranet-tmpl includes=c:\usr\koha225\intranet-html\intranet-tmpl\npl\en\includes you can set your <database_name> to your current Koha Database ver2.2.4. So, far I haven't face any problems yet...
