[Koha] i cant include "include virtule"

Sir, I have cofigured httpd.conf looking at http://www.saas.nsw.edu.au/wiki/index.php?page=KohaHints as you told but what directory should i set for SetEnv PERL5LIB ? Thanking you. Md Aftabuddin
