If the comma doesn´t do the trick, you might have a chat with your sysadmin, and make mail aliases in a local mail server, say "thiskid@parents.yourdomain <mailto:thiskid@parents.yourdomain>" would resend its messages to "parentofthiskid@theirmailserver, otherparentofthiskid@theirothermailserver, thiskid@whenkidgetsanemail"

Comma does not work. I guess your suggested way with mail aliases might be a workaround for us. It would be nice if Koha will support sending notices to serveral email addresses in future. This seems to be the bug report for this feature: https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=12802 Especially for schools this would be a great feature. Regards, Stephan
