[Koha] How to upgrade to Koha 3.8.7 or 3.10 ?

      Dear Friends,

I installed Koha based on Ubuntu packages.
How can I upgrade to the latest versions, 3.8.7 or 3.10 ?

I tried the following commands,

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade

But nothing happened.
