This is my /etc/koha.conf:

Template.pm is in fact in /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.0/i386-linux but where does Koha get the HTML/ from? I tried making a directory /opt/koha/includes/HTML and making a symbolic link to Template.pm. That works up to a point but since Template* has a whole lot more things I believe it's not the right solution.
Any ideas of what I'm missing?
