Please explain, with syntax example? Thank you! You can learn more about Git here:
http://wiki.koha.org/doku.php?id=en:development:git_usage Once you have a Git repository, you can run the standard: perl Makefile.PL make make install When you run Make install it will ask you what type of installation, choose 'dev' instead of 'standard. You will then be able to link the installation to your Git repository and store the configuration files in a separate directory, allowing you to upgrade your Koha system by updating the Git repository. Note that this setup is not recommended for production and is most useful for supporting a rapid development cycle (hence it's called 'dev'). Hope that clarifies. Josh

What's the correct method to stay current in all modules between full Koha releases? Well, one method is to run off of a Git repository and perform a 'dev' install target in place of a 'standard' one.

Hmmm - that sounds like a problem. Does anyone else know about this?

Nicole, this preference already correctly toggles, but for new patrons only. The drop-down for modifying an existing patron is only a partial list and this system preference made no difference.
Thank you!
Is your problem that you cannot change a patron from (for instance) Staff to Adult (different super-categories), but you can change them from Young Adult to Adult (same super-category)? If so, I believe I fixed this in a newer version of Koha 3.0.
What version of Koha are you running?
