Hi Rohit, Koha 2.2.9 is very old now and is completely unsupported. The recommended course is to upgrade to a recent stable version: either 3.8.8 (probably what I would do) or 3.10.1. More info at koha-community.org/download-koha/ I'm sorry I can't help more. Bob Birchall Calyx
