We are using koha-3.2.1.
That is a very old version of Koha!
After write off and paid fine of a patron who has overdue shows "Patron has had overdue items and is blocked for 139 day(s)" when i try to cheek out a book for that patron.* *
Sounds like you have "Suspension in days" enabled in your circulation rules: http://manual.koha-community.org/3.2/en/patscirc.html#circfinerules
When replying, please edit your Subject line so it is more specific than "Re: Contents of Koha digest..."
