[Koha] Unable to add new Item Types

Hello Everyone, I have attempted to add new Item Types through the Items Type Administration however when I click Save Changes it does not save them I can manually add them to the database through PHPMyAdmin but this isn't very suitable, does anyone have any suggestions as to what might cause this issue?.
