[Koha] Starting

Hi,, I am new in Koha,, I am getting Software error in Koha 3.6. while creating record. I didn't do any configuration what i did is,, CreateLibrary ->CreateFund&Budget ->CretaeItemType ->CreateVendor-> then tried to create NewRecord and Acquisition but both shows error.
