Hi there, When you installed koha you should have been asked Would you like to use Apache's Basic Authentication instead (Y/[N]): Did you answer Yes here? If so There should be a section in your Apache config that looks a bit like this <Directory /where/the/intranet/htdocs/are> AuthUserFile /etc/kohaintranet.pass AuthType Basic AuthName "Koha Intranet (for librarians only)" Require valid-user </Directory> In which case you will need to use the username and password you specified in this section of the installer.
