I changed the actual hostname to abc. I did figure out that I didn't have the ldapserver section within the config section of koha-conf.xml, so that part is "working." I'm still trying to figure out how to set up the mapping correctly. I forgot to mention I'm trying to use this with Active Directory. Has anyone setup this mapping yet to work with Active Directory? No "ldapserver" in server hash from KOHA_CONF: /etc/koha/koha-conf.xml at /usr/share/perl/5.8/CGI/Carp.pm line 314, <DATA> line 275. <ldapserver id="ldapserver" listenref="ldapserver">
<hostname>abc</hostname> Is abc really your ldapserver hostname? You may want to test with a fully qualified hostname, or an ip address, maybe that works?
Hope that helps, mj
