      At the end of Makefile it says I need (2) prerequisites: HTTP::OAI and JSON

The problem I am figuring I can get them from CPAN but CPAN keeps timing out. Any ideas?

Where would Koha put the koha-install.log file? I can’t seem to find it.
sudo updatedb && locate koha-install.log
