[Koha] update ubuntu 16.04

I have one problem and want to solve it as easily as possible. I've installed koha v3.22 on Ubuntu 16.04LTS. Now the support period of this version of ubuntu goes to the end and, I want to upgrade it to version 18.04. My first question is - does koha will work after os upgrade? and the second one is - if no, what is additional software I have to install on ubuntu 18.04? Thanks in advance.
