Jim, can you take a look at /usr/local/koha/log/koha-error_log and tell us if you see anything about problems with "additem"? Jim Pugh said:

I've just installed Koha (on Linux) and am running into an issue where I can't create items for biblio entries (when I click on the Add Item button, nothing happens). Anyone else run into this problem and have any idea how to fix it? Thanks.
