[Koha] Tools section of the manual

Hello everyone, With the release of 3.8 (and all future releases) I have updated the Tools section of the manual to be broken out in to the columns on the Tools page. I tell you this in case you have any links in your guides to Tools related pages in the manual. They have all changed with 3.8: http://manual.koha-community.org/3.8/en/tools.html As always, feel free to submit your edits, ideas, comments, criticisms, etc regarding the manual to me and I'll do my best to make the changes necessary to make it easy to use and follow.
