We got a running patch (moved from version to version) about exactly that. Not sure I can attach it here (does this list filters attachments?) but I can put it in a bugzilla if you want. Unless it's a bad usage of bugzilla? I certainly do not entertain the idea of rebasing it 10 times to get it through... This works OK, except the messages are printed as running text, without a page break between them. Has anyone figured out a solution to this?
I have tried to start the contents of the messages with something like this:
<p style="display: block; page-break-before: always;">...</p>
but that does not seem to work. Anyone got a working solution?
