There is a default thumbnail on bib records with no cover images that says "no cover image available." When I upload cover images, the uploaded one appears, but the "no cover image available" one is still there, right below it, in both the public and staff interface. I am checking the option box to "replace existing covers." Any ideas how to get rid of this default filler image?
