Dear All I am using Ubuntu Koha 3.16. I am facing an issue. When 2 or 3 persons reserved an issued book system sets priority for them. As that issued book returned in library, system send an auto generated email (Hold awaiting for pick up) to the person who is at first priority. when that person issues this book and return it in the library, system send an email for holds awaiting pick up to the person in queue and so on... But if first person cancel his hold after receiving email for holds awaiting pick up, System does not send email to the person in queue. So He can Pick it from library. Would anyone please tell what should do for this situation.
