[Koha] Inhalation Guide?

I have found and read through the the instalation guide that I found here: http://git.koha-community.org/gitweb/?p=koha.git;a=blob;f=INSTALL.opensuse;h.... But it seems to refer to Koha v.3 and I would like to download the newest version 4.2. What if any guidance can the community provide to me regarding installing on fresh install of Opensuse 11.4? Ed
