[Koha] "Purchase Suggestion" Form Available but does not work

Hello, The 'purchase suggestion' form can be accessed and filled in by all, even visitors who are not logged in... However when submitting the form as an anonymous visitor the form fails transparently, no error message, no confirmation. The patron might believe he's actually sent a request to a librarian when in reality her well-researched and thoughtful book suggestion has has fallen into a boundless, digital vaccum -never to be seen again or heard of again. (Version 2.2.9) Something for the devs... Regards, Bo
