Below is my previous post. Recently I have solve this problem. The answer rely on z3950-daemon-option file. I just change user from www-data to root. This is caused by RedHat does not allow scripts run as www-data/apache user account. Maybe others have different solutions.

Dear All,
I would like to hear from Koha users, how can we install Koha using EasyPHP(www.easyphp.org). In many libraries, applications are installed using EasyPHP like software(Eg. XAMP) and this method is easy for monitoring and maintaining Apache, PHP and MySQL in a single platform. In this situation how can we install Koha without disturbing existing set up?
