Magnus, I think it's a good idea; I knew MediaWiki was pretty powerful, but hadn't thought how we could enhance it for our particular purposes. So, if we move forward with this idea, I think once it's in a relatively stable configuration, we make a video tutorial on how to Add/Update an RFC, and post that to the world. I'm not volunteering myself for this task, and I can't offer up Nicole to do it unless she chooses, but regardless of who actually does it, I think that a video would be one of the best things we can do to lower the (perceived) barrier of entry to the process.
