Hi folks, I think you should take a look @Bug https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=30214 This was introduced in version 21.11.05 and states that the syspref AutoEmailOpacUser should be activated in order to notices to be sent to new patrons. in the new version the notice can not longer be used to sent a password and the lettercode was changed to WELCOME. Check if you have a WELCOME notice defined. It will also be sent through the message_queue now, so you can check for entries in the table as well.
