[Koha] A feature I thought I remembered testing

Hello all, I think I'm going crazy cause I could have sworn I tested a development ages ago that made it so that if a message is triggered on checkin you have to acknowledge it before you can check out another item. I'm unable to find this a patch/development/bug on this. So feel free to tell me I have no idea what I'm talking about - or even better if you can point me to what I remember that would be awesome.
