The (temporary) work-arround is to change the default port (80) of the OPAC-Koha Sever to another port-number, so I can access other web-based application in the server through default apache-port number.

As far as I understand, it is the way Koha is intended to work. It is assumed that whoever installs it will dedicate an entire domain for it. However, if you don't want to do that, then changing the port number is the correct change to make to your configuration, and it works fine.
