[Koha] Finding other branch's materials

Koha 3.0 Independent branches: off logged in as Superlibrarian Under reports by ItemType in Catalogue I receive 78 various item types for branch JCWC. Advanced search by branch: 0 results for branch:JCWC I created a patron for the branch. Logged in as the patron and still nothing for the JCWC catalog. What am I doing wrong? I've searched under barcode and title to see if there was something missing from a table somewhere.
