I am using koha version 3 I am importing the .marc files in the begining it stoped after 37K records, then as the time went the amount of data that can be uploaded decreased, and frequent hang-up's are encountered, I have to upload 2 lakh entries And this way I cant do it!!!!!! The first day it stopped, since mysql was creating binary files of 100mb each, and soon the disk got filled with 70Gb files and choked, by the time we came to know about the bug we thrice tried to upload the data, and it failed Then I disabled log generation by editing the my.cnf file I commented the lines :- ---------------------------------------------------------- log_bin = /var/log/mysql/mysql-bin.log expire_logs_days = 10 max_binlog_size = 100M ---------------------------------------------------------- and after it also the problem persisted:after uploading the marc files, after 50-60 rows updates and it stop again, then again i have to upload,stag-records and then import the file. Please solve the problem thanks in advance -- View this message in context: http://www.nabble.com/importing-.marc-file-%2B-heavy-time-consumption-tp2066...
