It is my understanding that the branch email is used for all emailed reports (holds due, item checkouts, etc etc etc) and the admin email is only used if the branch email is blank. Now there is an exception - and I can't remember what report that is ;) --- Nicole C. We want our Koha-generated emailed overdue notices to come from an address other than our KohaAdminEmailAddress. My first thought is to set our special email address (overdues@myacpl.org) as the branch email address for each branch, but I wonder if that's going to affect some other kind of communication.
Is the branch email address used for anything else?
