[Koha] unable to locate Koha configuration file koha-conf.xml

      Dear Friends,

When I tried to install Koha 3.02 and I got the following message in first
line after executing the
perl Makefile.PL command,

unable to locate Koha configuration file koha-conf.xml at
/build/koha-3.02.00/C4/Context.pm line 307.

Anything wrong?
