[Koha] How to change fine calculation time in Koha installation on Ubuntu packages

Dear Friends, I installed Koha according to the instructions mentioned in following link, http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Koha_on_ubuntu_-_packages I would like to change default fine calculation time.
