[Koha] Documentation Patches

Hi all, I got my first Koha documentation patch today, but it was hidden amongst patches for Koha. I'm going to write up some instructions on the wiki (probably while at the hackfest) but just for future reference send all patches to the manual to one of my email addresses: nengard@gmail.com or nengard@bywatersolutions.com with the prefix [DOC-PATCH] in the subject so I catch it.
