[Koha] Tutorial: Installing Koha 3.00.00 on Ubuntu 9.10

Good day everyone, I recently had to install Koha 3.00.00 on Ubuntu 9.10 and I decided to document the whole process, because I know the first time I did it, I hated my life, and also I wasn't really experienced in Ubuntu at the time.
