[Koha] bug 18947 / ldap auth

Hi, We were just bitten by this bug: https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=18947 We have now entered dummy credentials in koha-conf.xml and are back online. But with the feeling that it's strange to be required to put never-used "dummy" credentials in our config file to achieve the configured behaviour.
