[Koha] Author fields 100a , 110a and 111a locked

Hi I had this problem before and resolved it, cannot recall how. I have a new Koha installation version 3.12.05.000 It appears the author fields 100a , 110a and 111a locked are locked and cannot key in anything. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
